Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
• Identify and establish relationships with developers, realtors, and hospitality clients, promoting MasayaCo’s furniture solutions for hotels, resorts, and luxury properties.
• Conduct regular site visits across Costa Rica to showcase MasayaCo’s collections and discuss tailored furniture solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create proposals that align with client needs and project specifications.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent MasayaCo and generate new leads.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality-focused clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage follow-ups with clients, track project milestones, and handle any issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Maintain a database of prospects and clients, providing regular updates to the management team.
Public Relations:
• Develop and execute PR strategies to increase MasayaCo’s visibility in the hospitality sector.
• Partner with the marketing team to align on brand messaging and create content that highlights successful projects in the hospitality space, while also working with influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and collaborating with high-end influencers to promote MasayaCo’s products.
• Following up with brands and projects who have previously worked with the brand.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or luxury furniture sectors.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Costa Rica.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience with PR strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and real estate markets in Costa Rica.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
